Lightovation 2026: A Connected Vision Comes to Life

Lightovation 2026 marked a defining moment for WAC Group. Across the show, one theme consistently rose to the top: connection. Showroom partners, designers, and specifiers responded strongly to WAC Group’s evolving ecosystem approach—one that brings decorative, architectural, and landscape lighting together through shared intelligence, intuitive control, and purpose-built performance.

“The feedback coming out of Lightovation has been nothing short of exceptional. Our 2026 product direction truly resonated, and our vision of a connected, smart ecosystem was embraced by the market.”

Decorative Lighting, Reimagined Through WAC Home

Rather than presenting isolated products, WAC Group showcased a cohesive lighting philosophy—one where systems work together seamlessly, adapt to real-world demands, and elevate both residential and commercial environments.

One of the most talked-about developments at Lightovation was the integration of decorative dweLED fixtures into the WAC Home smart ecosystem. This move expands WAC Home beyond utility lighting and firmly into design-forward spaces, allowing decorative fixtures to participate fully in smart lighting experiences.

When connected through the WAC Home app, compatible dweLED fixtures offer tunable white control, enabling users to adjust brightness and color temperature throughout the day. Lighting can transition from warm, calming tones in the evening to brighter, more energizing light during the day—supporting comfort, focus, and natural daily rhythms. Preset scenes such as Relax, Entertain, Welcome, and Focus make it easy to shape the atmosphere instantly, while automation and scheduling allow lighting to respond effortlessly to daily routines.

Importantly, WAC Home maintains flexibility without forcing complexity. Fixtures not connected to the app default to a comfortable 3000K and remain fully compatible with standard ELV and TRIAC dimmers, ensuring smooth, reliable performance in any installation scenario. The result is decorative lighting that feels intuitive, adaptable, and quietly powerful.

Ventrix Tunable White, Now Inside the MyWAC App

Ventrix continued to draw attention at Lightovation, particularly with its tunable white capabilities now integrated directly into the MyWAC App. This update reinforces WAC Group’s commitment to giving designers and users precise control without adding layers of complication.

Through the app, Ventrix systems can be adjusted, grouped, and fine-tuned with ease—allowing light levels and color temperatures to evolve alongside changing needs. Whether used to create subtle architectural accents or to support dynamic environments, Ventrix demonstrates how intelligent control can enhance both performance and experience.

Introducing Outdoor X Track. Track Without Limits

Rounding out the highlights was the debut of the Outdoor X Track, WAC Group’s new wet-rated outdoor track system. Designed to bring the flexibility of architectural track lighting beyond the building envelope, X Track opens new possibilities for exterior spaces.

Built to withstand outdoor conditions while maintaining precision aiming and modular adaptability, X Track allows designers to rethink how light is delivered across patios, façades, walkways, and hospitality environments. It’s a solution that reflects WAC Group’s broader direction, systems engineered not just to perform, but to evolve with the project over time.

A Unified Direction Forward

Lightovation 2026 made one thing clear: WAC Group’s vision of a connected lighting ecosystem is resonating. By uniting decorative design, architectural control, and outdoor performance under a shared platform, WAC Group continues to push lighting forward—making it smarter, more responsive, and better aligned with how spaces are used.

As the industry looks ahead, WAC Group is not just introducing new products, it’s defining how lighting works together.
