Calling All Landscape Lighting Artists & Clever Tradespeople – Upload Your Image

For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned individual/entity (“Releasor”) hereby grants Wangs Alliance Corporation d/b/a WAC Lighting, (“WAC”) an irrevocable, unconditional, perpetual, worldwide, royalty free, and sublicensable right and license to display, broadcast, publish the Content via the Internet or other media or technologies (either in the form submitted or in the form of a derivative or adapted work), to store the Content, and to distribute and use the Content in any lawful manner and for any lawful purpose, including without limitation promotional and advertising uses and/or use in marketing and media materials (e.g., magazine advertisements, social media, catalogs/product literature, promotions, etc.), with or without attribution to the Releasor or any other party. “Content” as used herein means the photographs the Releasor is submitting herewith. The Releasor waives the right to inspect or approve the finished product using any of the Content or copy to be used with any such finished product or with any Content. The Releasor forever releases and discharges WAC, its representatives, licensees, affiliates, successors and assigns, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, actions and demands arising out of or in connection with the license, waiver and release herein, the Content or any use thereof, including without limitation any claims of invasion of privacy and libel. The Releasor certifies that the Releasor is not a minor and has full authority to grant the license, waiver and release herein.
